Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) for pad printing is a specialized material formulated for creating printing pads used in the pad printing process. Pad printing, also known as tampography, is a versatile printing technique commonly used to transfer images onto irregularly shaped surfaces or objects. LSR for pad printing is a two-component silicone elastomer system consisting of a base and a curing agent that are mixed together in precise proportions. The resulting liquid is then poured into molds to create printing pads with precise shapes and dimensions. Once cured, LSR printing pads exhibit excellent durability, flexibility, and ink transfer properties, allowing for high-quality and long-lasting printing results on a variety of substrates, including plastics, metals, glass, and ceramics.
