Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only considered for non-activated services within 10 days of payment. No refunds for activated services. All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

Once subscribed & the paid services activated on TRADESFOLKS PVT LTD, the payment made by the User for activated Paid service is not refundable under any circumstances and no claim for refund would be entertained. Tradesfolks.Com neither offers any guarantees for the accuracy, timeliness, authenticity nor advocates any of the content posted by the other Users. All the services are on a best effort basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you send a refund request within 10 days of payment, we may consider refunding only for non-activated services as per company policy. Refunds may take 35–45 working days. Email billing@tradesfolks.com. Refunds will be via the same payment method.
  • Tradesfolks.com does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or authenticity of content posted by other Users. All services are on a best-effort basis. No liability to refund.
  • Tradesfolks.com is not liable for miscommunication between clients and Sales Agents. No refunds for activated services. Users must read all Policies, Terms & Conditions, and Subscriptions. Written confirmation only from support@tradesfolks.com.
  • Tradesfolks.com does not represent sellers or buyers and is not responsible for product quality, availability, or the ability of parties to complete transactions. Users should exercise prudence. No refunds under any circumstances.
