Til Ladoo

Til Ladoo is a traditional Indian sweet made from sesame seeds (til) and jaggery (unrefined sugar). To prepare these ladoos, sesame seeds are toasted until they release their nutty aroma and then mixed with melted jaggery, which has been cooked to a slightly sticky consistency. The mixture is then shaped into small round balls, or ladoos, while still warm.
