MARKETPLACE PURPOSE
TradesFolks provides a global B2M marketplace where buyers can discover products, manufacturers, suppliers, exporters and other business participants, post sourcing requirements and communicate about potential transactions. Users remain responsible for their commercial decisions, due diligence and compliance obligations.
ACCEPTABLE USE
- Provide accurate business, product, company and contact information.
- Do not publish fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, counterfeit, prohibited or rights-infringing content.
- Do not impersonate another person or business, manipulate reviews, spam users or misuse marketplace communication tools.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape protected areas, disrupt services or introduce malicious code.
- Respect applicable trade, tax, customs, privacy, intellectual-property, consumer and sanctions laws relevant to your activities.
LISTINGS, RFQs & BUSINESS CONTENT
Product listings, company profiles, quotations, RFQs and other submissions must be relevant, truthful and sufficiently detailed. TradesFolks may review, restrict, correct, suspend or remove content that appears unsafe, deceptive, duplicated, illegal, low quality or inconsistent with marketplace rules.
Verification indicators are trust signals based on the checks available to TradesFolks; they are not a guarantee of product quality, solvency, regulatory status or transaction performance. Buyers and sellers should independently verify material facts before committing funds or goods.
SAFETY, ENFORCEMENT & REPORTING
TradesFolks may use automated and manual controls to protect the marketplace, investigate misuse and enforce account or content restrictions. Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and the relevant terms.
To report suspicious activity, policy concerns or content that may violate these standards, contact support@tradesfolks.com and include the relevant profile, product, RFQ, order or page reference.
POLICY UPDATES
TradesFolks may update this Site Policy as marketplace features, risks, regulations or operating practices evolve. The current version published on TradesFolks applies from the effective date displayed by the platform.
