Shipping should follow the destination, responsibility and documents agreed for the order.
Before dispatch
- Confirm packing, weight/dimensions and destination.
- Clarify who arranges freight and insurance.

Add tracking
- Record the carrier and AWB/tracking number as soon as available.
- Use the marketplace order/tracking view where supported.
At delivery
- Buyer should inspect goods and documents promptly.
- Report material shortages, damage or non-conformity with evidence.
