TradesFolks Order Lifecycle Explained for Buyers and Sellers

Order states provide a shared record of progress. The exact stages can vary by product, seller, payment method and protected transaction workflow.

Before the order

  • Confirm product, quantity, price, currency and commercial terms.
  • Document specifications, delivery expectation and any negotiated conditions.

Fulfilment

  • Seller prepares the order according to agreed terms.
  • Required invoice, packing or shipment documents are created where applicable.
  • Shipment/tracking information is recorded when available.

After delivery

  • Buyer reviews delivery against the agreed order.
  • Returns, exchanges or disputes should follow the applicable policy and documented workflow.
