How to Recover Access to Your TradesFolks Account

Updated 24 Aug 20267 min readAccount & security

Use the account recovery path that matches the login methods available to your account. Avoid creating duplicate accounts simply because a sign-in attempt fails.

01

Confirm the login identity

  • Use the registered email address or supported username.
  • Check for typing errors and ensure you are using the correct buyer or seller sign-in page.
02

Try supported recovery

  • Use email OTP where offered.
  • Use password recovery or password sign-in where available.
  • If the account is inactive, follow the displayed support/reactivation guidance instead of repeatedly requesting OTPs.
03

Protect the account

  • Do not share recovery codes.
  • After regaining access, review profile contact details and update outdated information.
  • Use a strong unique password where password login is enabled.
