Apple Cider Vinegar Powder

Its flavour and aroma are preserved by drying the apple cider vinegar on a maltodextrin carrier. It is a light yellow to off white colored powder with a strong aroma. It has pH lowering properties and also used as flavour enhncer in soups, barbeque sauces and vegetable dishes. Apple cider vinegar is the fermented juice from crushed apples.
