Updated 24 Aug 20269 min readTrade Secure & trust

Trade Secure is a protected transaction layer for eligible workflows. It should not be described as universal coverage for every listing, seller, payment or external transaction.

01

Eligibility

  • Confirm the order or transaction is explicitly eligible for Trade Secure.
  • Review the protection scope and applicable terms before payment.
02

Document the transaction

  • Keep product specification, quantity, price, currency and delivery terms clear.
  • Use supported payment and order records where required by the protected workflow.
03

Fulfilment and completion

  • Seller fulfils and records shipment according to the agreed order.
  • Buyer reviews delivery under the applicable process.
  • If a qualifying problem occurs, use the documented resolution workflow.
