How to Create a TradesFolks Buyer Account
A buyer account gives you a secure workspace for sourcing suppliers, posting requirements, managing quotations and following procurement activity.
Before you register
- Use a business email you can access immediately.
- Keep your full name, mobile number and country information accurate.
- Choose a strong password where password registration is enabled.
Create the account
- Open the TradesFolks registration page.
- Enter your buyer contact details and country.
- Accept the applicable Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Request the email verification code and enter the newest valid OTP.
After verification
- Complete your buyer profile before posting high-value requirements.
- Add accurate delivery locations and sourcing preferences.
- Use the buyer workspace to post RFQs and review responses.

Why did my OTP expire?
Email verification codes are time-limited. Request a fresh code and use only the newest message.
Can the same email be used for another account?
Account rules depend on the current registration state. If the email is already registered, use sign-in or account recovery instead of creating a duplicate account.
