Updated 24 Aug 20266 min readShipping & logistics

Tracking can involve both marketplace order status and a carrier tracking reference. They are related but not always identical.

01

Check order status

  • Open the relevant order workspace or tracking page.
  • Use the order number/reference exactly as provided.
  • Review shipment status and dispatch updates.
02

Carrier tracking

  • If a carrier tracking number is available, use the carrier's official tracking service.
  • Allow time for newly created labels to become active in the carrier network.
03

If tracking stops updating

  • Confirm the shipment reference with the seller.
  • Check for customs, address or carrier exceptions.
  • Use documented support channels for unresolved issues.
