Lactase Enzyme, also known as beta-galactosidase hydrolysis of lactose to produce glucose and galactose. It is the most important digestive enzyme in infants and young children whose main source of nutrition is breast milk/milk powder. The main function of lactase is to digest lactose, hydrolyzed into galactose and glucose that can be absorbed by the body. Insen Lactase also has the transfer function of galactosidase, galactose to lactose generated galactooligosaccharide, as a bacteria-acting factors for the development of functional foods.
