Rice Flour, Speciality : organic

Rice flour (also rice powder) is a form of flour made from finely milled rice. It is distinct from rice starch, which is usually produced by steeping rice in lye. Rice flour is a common substitute for wheat flour. Some of the popular ways rice flour is used are to make noodles, pastries, cakes, and as a thickening agent for soups and stews. Brown rice flour and white rice flour can be used interchangeably, but white rice flour is more common. Rice flour is a popular gluten-free ingredient that can be used for lots of different things, from baking and cooking to skincare! More notably, it's high in protein and dietary fibre and is low in calories. It also contains vitamin E alongside several other nutrients too.
