PTFE Presintered Resin is a high-performance thermoplastic material made by sintering polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) under controlled conditions. This resin is characterized by its excellent mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, and exceptional chemical stability. Compared to regular PTFE fine powders, presintered PTFE resin offers improved flowability and is easier to process during molding or extrusion.
It is widely used in manufacturing high-strength structural components such as gaskets, seals, valve seats, piston rings, and electrical insulation parts in demanding environments.
