Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) is a microporous, lightweight fluoropolymer material with a unique fibrillated structure, offering exceptional chemical resistance, thermal stability, and customizable porosity. It is widely used in filtration, sealing, medical devices, and industrial applications where traditional PTFE cannot meet performance requirements.

✔ Microporous Structure – Adjustable pore size (0.1–30µm) for filtration/venting
✔ Chemical Resistance – Resists acids, bases, and solvents (except molten alkali metals)
✔ Wide Temperature Range – Stable from -240°C to +260°C (-400°F to +500°F)
✔ Low Density – 0.2–1.5 g/cm³ (lighter than solid PTFE)
✔ Flexible & Conformable – Maintains sealing performance under compression
