Mens Denim Shorts

There are a variety of types of denim shorts for men. The most common is a regular pair that is worn by a majority of men. Unlike a typical pair of shorts that stops right above the knees, these shorts extend a few inches past the knee. Another type, is a high-waisted pair, which is a shorter version of a jeans shorts. Denim shorts, as you may have guessed, are partial-length trousers — also known as shorts — that also feature a denim construction. They are usually made of the same denim material as jeans. Originally called waist overalls, jeans didn't become popular until the Gold Rush (with a name like that, it's hard to imagine why!), when the demand for sturdy workwear skyrocketed. Still, its spawn jean shorts—or jorts—were not a part of the sartorial lexicon until just over 50 years ago.
