Specifications : Capacity - 400 - 500 chappati. Set a pan over medium-high heat. Place a chapati flat in the center of the pan and reheat for about 20 seconds, until it is warm to touch. Flip and spread a light coating of ghee on one half of the chapati. Oven reheating: place the stack of foil-covered chapatis in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. - Freezing them: Just let them cool after making them and place parchment or greaseproof paper between each chapati and make a stack. Then transfer the stack into a freezer bag and freeze.
