Chapati plate cum puffer

Chappati Plate Cum Puffer 12 mm thick machined MS plate with puffing grill. Front, rear and side paneling in S S sheet. Legs in 1.5" diameter S.S. pipes fitted with height adjusters. The Chapati Plate with Puffer has made their work easier and quicker by providing a highly efficient cooking method. It is manufactured using stainless and mild steel because of its various properties. These materials are much strong and have a high melting point making them ideal for this purpose. When we flatten and cook the roti on the girdle, the steam produced inside the roti causes it to puff up as the pressure from the steam pushes the gluten network outward.
