Model CZL 642 (Platform (25mm x 25 mm) - Greenlable) is strain gauge based loadCell constructed from Aluminum Alloy. It is economical and low profile cell. It is mainly used in check weighing. Suitable for Platform size upto 500mm X 500mm. Load cells are sensors that detect force (mass, torque, etc.). When force is applied to a load cell, it converts the force into an electrical signal. Load cells are also known as "load transducers," because they convert a load (force) into electrical signals. In a rolling diaphragm type hydraulic load cell, a load or force acting on a loading head is transferred to a piston that in turn compresses a filling fluid confined within an elastomeric diaphragm chamber.
