Redispersible Polymer Powder (RDP), also known as Vinyl Acetate-Ethylene (VAE) copolymer powder, is a versatile additive used in construction materials. Produced by spray-drying a mixture of polymer dispersions, fillers, and additives, RDP imparts key properties to cement-based products such as adhesion, flexibility, water resistance, and workability. It improves the performance and durability of tile adhesives, grouts, self-leveling compounds, and exterior insulation finishing systems (EIFS).
