The leaf is sun-cured for 20-25 days to dry its branches & turn them yellow. Later, the leaves are tied into bundles and bulked for developing Colour & Aroma. Rich and bright colored Lal Chopadia with red spots are preferred for smoking, as well as smokeless (Chewing) purposes.
