In addition, OLC has installed Cargo Tracking” system and this can offer excellent information flow on shipment pre-alert, tracking reports and logistics service through email/web site to agents/clients. It is OLC’s policy to have overnight response to all agents’/clients’ enquiry. With all these strategies, we can offer prompt responses that will save cost, increase efficiency & work effectively.
