Reconizing the growing need of Electrical Energy Sector, a small beginning was made by establishing M/S Elecon in the year 1981 with a small production capacity of 200 MT per year to manufacture paper insulated copper strips under the able and courageous leadership of great visionary Mr. Satish Chand Jain. M/S Elecon continued to grow and diversify adding new products and factories. Today we are having production capacity of 1800 MI per annum. We are on approved list of Power grid corporation of India for copper conductor upto 220 kv class.
Now, Elecon Group of Companies is one of the leading manufacturers of Power & Distribution Transformers of various class & ratings. Besides this, Group is also engaged in Production of Insulated/Bare Copper/Aluminum Strips & Wire, PV Ribbon and ACSR, AAAC Conductors and heating chambers.
